The Varjo Aero packs immense pixel density and processing power into its chassis, relying heavily on active cooling via an integrated micro-blower fan to keep the internal processors from throttling. Over time, dust infiltration or bearing degradation can cause the fan to whine loudly, rattle, or stop completely, resulting in thermal shutdown. Our technicians extract the mainboard and install upgraded, high-RPM silent blower fans to restore optimal thermal performance without headset replacement.

Varjo’s hallmark 'Bionic Display' system relies on a complex pairing of ultra-high-resolution micro-OLED central focal units surrounded by lower-resolution peripheral displays. Dropping the headset can misalign these arrays or knock the internal 200Hz eye-tracking cameras out of focus.
