Due to the microscopic scale of the Bigscreen Beyond, any dust that manages to penetrate the housing and land on the micro-OLED panels or custom pancake lenses will look like massive boulders blocking your vision. We provide professional, clean-room optical servicing. We carefully dismantle the customized eye-boxes, lift the pancake lens arrays, and use ionized air to remove trapped debris, restoring the original absolute clarity of the OLED screens.

Main Tether USB-C Port Resoldering

To keep the headset impossibly light, the Bigscreen Beyond relies on a single, ultra-thin, proprietary USB-C tether cable that plugs directly into the top of the chassis. If the cable gets snagged violently during a game, it can easily bend the USB-C head or completely rip the surface-mounted port off the internal logic board. Our technicians specialize in high-heat microsoldering to reattach and reinforce ripped USB-C receptacles, saving your custom-molded headset from becoming a paperweight.

Micro-OLED Display & Audio Strap Repairs

The Beyond's dual 1-inch Micro-OLED displays run extremely hot. If the headset suffers impact damage or liquid ingress, these delicate display ribbons can sever or short out. We offer component-level tracing to repair these ribbons. Additionally, if you have upgraded to the optional Audio Strap and snapped the rigid plastic mounting brackets or severed the embedded headphone wiring, we offer complete structural repairs to restore your ultimate lightweight VR setup without relying on slow manufacturer RMAs.
